Answers provided by our AI or local hosts are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). You should always verify critical information with official sources.

3. Offline Risks & Liability

While we strive to vet our local hosts, any offline interactions or meetups are at your own risk. localEZ is not liable for any incidents, accidents, or disputes that occur offline. We recommend meeting in public places and informing others of your plans.

4. Content & Conduct

Users must not submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to ban any user who violates these rules. Harassment of hosts or other users will result in immediate termination of service.

5. Data & Anonymous IDs

We use anonymous Tourist IDs and Local IDs to protect your identity on our web platform. Your WhatsApp or LINE profile information is shared only within the chat context necessary for the service.
