1. Service

LocalEZ connects a business with its customers across messaging apps, including Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and LINE. The service translates and routes conversations the business has chosen to connect. 株式会社リュウダジー provides the service. LocalEZ is the product name.

2. Business accounts

A business may connect a messaging account only when it is allowed to do so. The business is responsible for the replies it sends and for the information it asks the service to use.

3. No professional advice

Replies prepared by the service are for customer communication. They are not professional advice. Confirm prices, availability, and policies before relying on them.

4. Conduct

Users must not submit illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We may suspend access that violates these terms or the rules of a connected messaging platform.
