• Account and business data: the business name, workspace, connected account identifiers, and the contact details a business gives us.
• Messages: messages and attachments sent through Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, LINE, and other messaging channels a business connects, including the content needed to answer the customer.
• Channel data: the messaging app, language, and the identifiers the platform provides for that conversation.
• Usage logs: standard access logs and service metrics used to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use it

We use this information to deliver multilingual customer conversations for the business, to show the conversation to that business, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

4. Who receives it

Message content is shared with the business that connected the channel. Delivery also uses Instagram and Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp, and LINE under their own terms. We do not publish a customer’s phone number or private social account on this website.

5. Retention and deletion

You can request deletion at any time from the data deletion page or by emailing ryuudaji@ryuudaji.com. You may also send “Delete My Data” in the same supported chat. When you disconnect or block the service on a messaging app, we stop receiving new messages from that connection.
